tan in the middle of winter or when preparing for a tropical
getaway. Today, when doctors claim that tanning beds are as
dangerous as the sun itself and can cause skin cancer and
premature aging, more and more people stay away from tanning
beds. However, there are certain benefits from using a tanning

Good feng shui often requires making wise decisions based on
your specific circumstances, rather than blinding following an
ideal rule. The feng shui rule for storing things under your bed
is "don't do it." But for those who live in small homes every
inch of possible storage space is precious. If you are faced
with cluttering up some other area of your home with stuff that

Beep. Beep. Beep. 5:51 am. The alarm is once again bringing my
warm, cozy dream filled sleep to an end. Time to get up and take
a shower.
Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror in the morning? I
mean really looked at yourself, right in the eyes. Do me a favor

Does your dog enjoy sleeping with you at night? Although
cuddling with a pet can keep owner and dog warm and snuggly,
keep in mind that most animals are not as clean as people, nor
do they always follow the same sleep patterns. A dog can track

to mention fleas and ticks. He might want to go for a walk at 3
a.m. when all you want to do is sleep. These are some of the
common reasons why pets deserve a bed of their own. The ...

When Lucky was starting to show signs of aging, we were
concerned about her comfort. She would have a hard time getting
up in the morning. Her legs would shake and she would take five
minutes just to get up, where once she could pounce up in a
second.
Her hips were really thin and her muscle mass was decreasing
rapidly.
What we found out was that we could help her by getting an
orthopedic dog bed. The sad part is, we probably could have
helped her avoid this by getting it for her when she was ...
